Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha revealed that she is transgender. Sasha's family supported him through the rough times and he knew she was capable of doing anything through music. Jim and Sasha are both song writers and have just recently formed the official duo of music. In the past they've performed at many local venues such as open mics. Although The Voice coaches did not reveal the story of Sasha's past, she and Jim discussed their journey to where they are today in a video introduction before the show. Sasha and Jim talked about music that they enjoy, including how he first started playing guitar at the age of six. The father of Sasha is a music teacher, which made it easier to learn the art for him. Sasha was born female and had a hard time finding his identity when he was an infant. In an Instagram post posted recently Sasha spoke about his struggles. Jim became overwhelmed by tears in his post as he revealed the reasons the reason he was not a part of these trying times. Sasha Allen was born as female. Sasha Allen, The Voice contestant, will turn 19 in 2021. Sasha began to transition from male to female when he entered high school.
